Financial Group streamlines loan origination with Robot Process Automation (RPA)
A financial credit union that offers personal and business banking solutions to its 20,000 clients provides, among other things, loan origination being one of its most used services. The loan origination process begins when someone applies for a new loan and is completed when the money is disbursed, with many steps in between.
Failure to complete any of these steps can mean costly delays for its customers. Although the Group only intended to solve just one problem with Fortra’s Automate, the team quickly realized that Automate’s RPA (Robotic Process Automation) had the flexibility to improve more processes across the business.
