Terms & Conditions for Case Study Participation

Thank you for agreeing to participate in a case study with SmartTechNXT. By providing your materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Grant of Permission

By submitting materials for this case study, you grant SmartTechNXT the right to use the information provided for creating publications such as:

  • Case studies
  • Magazine articles
  • Advertising mailers
  • White papers

This includes the right to distribute these materials through various channels, including the SmartTechNXT website (https://www.smarttechnxt.com) and other marketing platforms.

  1. Review and Approval
  • You will have the opportunity to review and approve the initial drafts of all materials.
  • Feedback must be provided within 15 (fifteen) business days of receiving the drafts. If no feedback is received within this timeframe, SmartTechNXT will interpret this as approval for publication.
  • You may cancel the process at any stage before final publication.
  1. Accuracy of Content

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. SmartTechNXT is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate submissions.

  1. Use of Your Information
  • Anonymity: You may request that the publication remains anonymous.
  • Logo Use: By agreeing to participate, you grant SmartTechNXT permission to use your company logo on its website and other materials unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Reference Permission: You agree that your organisation may be referenced by SmartTechNXT for future prospects related to the Robotic Process Automation Solution.
  1. Compliance with Laws

SmartTechNXT will handle all materials in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to:

  • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) – South Africa
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – European Union
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) – United States

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that any data you provide complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

  1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
  • All materials developed for the case study, including final publications, remain the intellectual property of SmartTechNXT.
  • Any logos, trademarks, or proprietary information shared for the purpose of the case study will remain the property of the respective owner and will not be used outside the scope of the case study without prior consent.
  1. Limitation of Liability

SmartTechNXT will not be held liable for:

  • Misuse of the materials by third parties after publication.
  • Any damages arising from the publication of the case study unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by SmartTechNXT.
  1. Amendments to Terms

SmartTechNXT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated before further use of the materials.
